The Custom Cushion Configurator
When you use our configurator at configurator.quivertoolsystems.com, here is what we collect and why.
Design measurements. The measurements you enter (sleeve diameter, cushion size, fit preferences) are sent to our server to generate your preview and price. Until you place an order, these are not linked to your name or any other personal information. Abandoned design sessions are automatically deleted from our systems within 14 days.
Order information. When you buy, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details on their secure checkout page, subject to the Stripe privacy policy. Stripe then sends us your name, email, shipping address, and your cushion measurements so we can manufacture and ship your order. We keep this order information as long as required for business and tax records under Canadian law.
How we use it. We use your information solely to produce your cushions, ship them, email you order and tracking confirmations, calculate sales tax, and handle any fit remakes or support requests. We do not sell or share your information for marketing, we do not send marketing email, and the configurator does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Where it's stored and who helps us. Order data is stored on our servers hosted in Toronto, Canada (Fly.io), with secure backups. We use Stripe (payment processing and tax calculation), Resend (sending order emails), and our shipping carrier (name and address for delivery labels) as service providers, each only receiving what they need for their role.
